Biography

Kim McCann is SLR’s Global Energy Advisory Director, specialising in the energy transition with a focus on hydrogen, derivatives, and value chains. She is a dynamic executive with a proven track record of delivering strategic value and driving P&L growth. Her blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership has driven innovative investments in new technologies and markets.

Since 2006, Kim has navigated the energy transition, helping clients secure funding for hydrogen and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) projects and guiding investors on new energy technologies. She collaborates with government, investors, and corporate clients to design future energy business models, bringing 13 years' experience as a Senior Exec at Shell where she led its aviation business.
