Action for Business 2022: topics we believe will shape the responsible and sustainable businesses agenda

In 2021 SLR acquired Corporate Citizenship, a specialist ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) advisory business. Together SLR and Corporate Citizenship now provide ESG strategy, reporting, social and environmental impact and other sustainability consulting services to businesses globally.

Each year Corporate Citizenship publish an annual review – Actions for Business - of what they believe will shape the responsible and sustainable businesses agenda in the year ahead. 2022 is again likely to be a fractured and turbulent year. Countries and regions are still dealing with and healing from the effects of the pandemic. Nonetheless, companies will be expected to continue prioritising bold action on climate change and biodiversity loss, while facilitating a socially-just transition to a low-carbon economy.
