Biography
Sean is based in our Melbourne office and brings over 27 years of town planning experience to the team. He has worked on a wide range of projects across Australia, including major renewable energy developments such as wind and hydrogen projects in Victoria and Western Australia. His experience also includes project managing and authoring traffic‑light and desktop assessments for offshore wind farms in the Gippsland region.
Sean has contributed to significant infrastructure projects for organisations such as APA, Telstra and the North East Link Program (NELP). His work spans assessing planning, environmental and heritage risks; preparing planning scheme amendments; developing construction environmental management plans; and securing approvals for infrastructure works nationwide.
He also has extensive experience in land access, heritage and environmental assessments, including obtaining required permits, licences and consents.
In addition, Sean is highly skilled in writing, reviewing and managing town planning assessment reports for telecommunications projects across all States and Territories. He has applied for, managed and supervised numerous permit applications Australia‑wide, including Indigenous, ecological and heritage approvals.
