Biography

Oroma is SLR’s Growth Director for the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region. As a senior leader in commercial and growth strategies, she brings extensive experience in developing scalable businesses, launching emerging technologies, and guiding operational transformations across the energy transition, sustainability, and financial services sectors.

Most recently, Oroma served as Senior Director at Worley, where she led global initiatives to accelerate emerging climate and industrial technologies, strengthen business performance processes, and build strategic partnerships across Europe and Central Asia. At SLR, Oroma leads strategic growth across EMEA, expanding multi‑sector advisory and technical capabilities, enhancing client programmes, and fostering connectivity across Sectors and Business Units.
