Biography
Chris oversees the APAC Mining Sector business, which covers SLR’s Mining Advisory, Sustainability, Geotechnics & Tailings, Water, Environmental & Social and Closure offerings. He coordinates multi-disciplinary resources across local, national, and international projects. He places emphasis on technical excellence, quality and client service.
He is a Chartered Engineering Geologist (CGeol) with over 20 years’ research and applied experience in the mining sector. He has worked on a diverse range of projects across, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Indonesia, and Australia. Chris is a lateral thinker and helps teams develop pragmatic solutions to deliver value to our clients. He is an advocate of ESG and the role that it has in the sustainability of the mining industry.
