Andrew Malk

Biography

Andrew serves as the Global Finance Sector Director at SLR. He is also the Founder and Executive Chair of Malk Partners, which was acquired by SLR in late 2024. Malk Partners was established to help investors and companies harness the power of ESG management to protect and create value. Andrew collaborates closely with investors and executives to design and implement transformational ESG strategies.

A recognised expert in ESG, Andrew has contributed to leading industry publications including Bloomberg/Businessweek, The Wall Street Journal, Private Equity International, Dow Jones Private Equity Analyst, Investor Relations Magazine, ACG, and Responsible Investor. He has also presented at prominent events such as SuperReturn, IMN’s Alternative Investment Summits, the Private Equity Growth Capital Council ESG Seminar, and Dow Jones Private Equity Analyst Conferences.

Andrew is a member of the Private Equity Working Group of the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) initiative. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Environmental Science, as well as an M.B.A., all from Stanford University.
