SLR acquires WAP Sustainability

SLR International Corporation (SLR) is pleased to announce that, effective January 13, 2026, WAP Sustainability, LLC (WAP Sustainability) has joined the SLR team.

Based in Nashville, TN, WAP Sustainability was founded by William Paddock and Brad McAllister and has grown into a recognized leader in sustainability consulting, technical services, and ESG data solutions, with a strong focus on product sustainability. The firm specializes in life cycle assessment, environmental product declarations, carbon accounting, and ESG advisory services, and has gained significant traction supporting sustainability commitments across the building product, packaging, textiles, electronics, and consumer goods sectors.

Since 2009, WAP Sustainability has expanded to nearly 100 employees, creating a robust foundation for continued growth into new sectors and geographies. Its capabilities and market strengths align closely with SLR’s strategic priorities and support some of the fastest-growing areas of the sustainability consulting market.
