Biography

Based in our Hamilton office, Miles brings extensive experience in resource management, regulatory, and policy matters. He has worked across regional and district planning, resource consents, and central government initiatives, including legislative changes, national direction, and strategic projects.

With 17 years of experience in the electricity sector, Miles has a strong background in energy and renewable electricity generation. At SLR, he builds on his technical planning and project management skills to deliver practical, high-quality environmental outcomes. His experience spans New Zealand, giving him a broad understanding of local and central government regulatory and policy frameworks.
