Caroline Mellor

Biography

Caroline has been in professional consultancy for over 22 years. She has significant experience in operational and commercial leadership having led Wardell Armstrong LLP UK as Managing Director prior to its acquisition late 2024. Caroline has a proven track record of providing Client focused pragmatic solutions to projects across a wide variety of sectors, particularly in infrastructure, energy, mining, property development, waste, transport, local and central government, water, renewables, mining and brownfield regeneration. She has a technical background in Ecology and enjoys developing novel solutions to a projects complex Ecological challenges.

Caroline is now the European Service Line Director for Environmental Sciences and leads a multi-disciplinary team who specialise in acoustics, air quality, arboriculture, archaeology, ecology, heritage and transport modelling. Caroline is also responsible for overseeing the European regions business leadership group. Caroline is passionate about team culture and working together to provide sustainable solutions to Clients.
