This session will look at the business case behind Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) for organisations.
During the webinar we will explore:
- research and evidence;
- demonstrating how good DE&I practices can support organisational goals; and
- practical advice on what organisations can do to advance in DE&I.

Sam Neath (she/her) has recently joined SLR as DE&I Manager for Europe region. Previously, she was part of the global D&I team at BAE Systems, having worked in a number of roles within the defence industry for over 10 years. Outside of work, Sam is a Trustee for Pride in Gloucestershire, supporting the local LGBTQ+ community where she lives.
