Biography

Andrew brings over two decades of experience in the waste management sector, spanning both private industry and local government. He has a strong track record in procuring, mobilising, and managing municipal contracts, as well as conducting strategic reviews of waste and environmental services.

In his previous role as Senior Development Manager at FCC Environment, Andrew led end-to-end procurement exercises for private sector waste management projects. His responsibilities included developing resource and financial models, planning infrastructure, managing tender submissions, negotiating with clients, mobilising service contracts, and implementing new service models.

Andrew’s strategic approach is informed by a deep understanding of current policy and legislative developments, and their implications for the industry. His advice is grounded in a unique blend of perspectives gained from working within both private waste firms and local authority teams, enabling him to deliver practical, forward-thinking solutions for clients.
