Associate Director - Corporate Sustainability

Alexia is an Associate Director in the Corporate Sustainability Advisory team at SLR. Alexia brings a rich background in anthropology and work experience spanning both the non-profit and corporate sectors across Europe, the United States, India and Chile. She specialises in social sustainability, stakeholder engagement, social impact measurement, social justice advocacy, including Community Investment Strategy delivery and Just Transition planning.
While she has worked across a range of industries, the pharmaceutical sector and the topic of Access to Medicine represent one of her areas of interest and expertise. Throughout her career, Alexia has managed major client relationships and developed strategies to support vulnerable populations. Alexia manages complex, multi-stakeholder projects, including the management of advocacy pathways on behalf of not-for-profit actors such as the Gates Foundation. Other notable partners and clients have included Novartis, GSK, the International Rescue Committee, and the UNODC.
Alexia holds an MSc in Anthropology and Development Management from the London School of Economics, a BA in Anthropology from the University of Virginia, is a Certified ESG Analyst, and has completed humanitarian principles training. Alexia is also a fluent speaker in English, French, Greek, and Spanish.
