Jane brings over 16 years of experience in management system auditing, with a focus on Environmental and Social compliance across a wide range of industries. Her areas of expertise include labor rights, working conditions, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and community development. Her audit work encompasses mining companies, mineral processors, railway construction, and downstream manufacturers, including those in the apparel, consumer goods, electronics, and automotive sectors, with a focus on responsible production, responsible sourcing, and chain of custody verification.

Jane also provides technical assistance and advisory services, supporting companies in the design and implementation of management systems to meet the requirements of minerals industry certifications.

Beyond her audits and advisory work, Jane oversees internal audit quality assurance for over 500 audits annually, based on the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for responsible minerals sourcing and various ESG frameworks.
