The company is managed by a team of experienced consultants and it is SLR's philosophy that some of the most senior staff need to stay involved in the day to day provision of high quality advice. This is enabled by SLR's flat management structure which avoids unnecessary tiers of management and overheads.
SLR works as a single team and inter-office working is core to our ability to provide a flexible and cost effective service to our clients. As such we operate on a project team basis and incentivise and reward our staff based on the performance of the company as a whole, rather than that of individual offices or groups.
At the end of 2008, SLR employed over 350 staff in the UK, operating from a network of 21 offices. The company has grown organically by over 20% per annum over the last 5 years and intends to maintain this rate of growth whilst maintaining its profitability.
