Project Objectives:

To produce a VR model of the proposed GIS substation in Hackney. To inform the local community of National Grids proposals for the site in preparation for the Olympic games. 

Our Role:

We developed a VR model which covered the surrounding area of the substation to enable the local community to view how the new building would appear from their homes. We presented options with regard to the massing of the substation which demonstrated how the design process developed a solution for both community and National Grid. We were on hand at a public meeting to navigate around the model and
