Project Objectives:
To remediate a possible anthrax infected animal burial pit to facilitate development.
Our Role:
SLR provided advice to the client in terms of options to remediate the burial pit, with a cover system being preferred. Extensive liaison was undertaken with the Local Authority Environmental Health, HSE and HPA in terms of health and safety. Supervision of the encapsulation of the animal burial was undertaken by SLR.
