Project Objectives:
Provide client evaluation of environmental conditions and impact of those conditions on potential acquisition and post-close management of the forest land.
Our Role:
Complete ASTM E 2247-02 assessment on several million acres of forestlands including review of aerial photographs, topographic maps, interviewing local foresters, forestry service agents, development of site reconnaissance plan based on initial information, completing site visits and presentation of findings.
Participate in negotiations with seller and sellers legal council and consultants.
