Project Objectives:

Assist client in determining extent of mould impact related to water damage associated with water used to extinguish a fire at a nine story senior's complex.  The work involved the use of thermography to map out mould impact on the interior of walls as the water used to extinquish the 8th floor fire had migrated through the building structure to the first floor.

Our Role:

SLR conducted a thorough assessment to delineate the mould impact on each floor and provided specifications for the abatement program as it proceeded from floor to floor of the building.  Verification testing was conducted as each floor was remediated and containment confirmation was undertaken to allow the re-use of the floors of the complex following the mould removal.
