Project Objectives:

Assist with the development design to improve measures of building sustainability and achieve target CSH Code levels. 

Our Role:

Conduct CSH pre-assessment studies then provide advice and guidance on improving development design with regard to sustainability and improving energy efficiency, where appropriate.

Provide information on appropriate renewable energy strategies.

Co-ordinate input from technical disciplines including ecology, hydrology, transport planning and acoustics.

Produce documentation on the development sustainability and local, regional and national policy targets for submission with planning application.
