Project Objectives:

Client wanted to achieve a Five Green Star building using the GBCA's (Green Building Council of Australia) Office Design V2 rating tool.

Our Role:

167 Turbot Street Tower is a new 26-floor landmark A-grade office building joining Suncorp Plaza in its premium Brisbane CBD location.  Planning and design have created an economic and sustainable workplace with a 5-Star Australian Building Greenhouse Rating and a 5-Star Green Star rating.  Rainwater harvesting, thermal insulation and other energy efficient systems are just a few of the features that will achieve exceptional economy for tenants and the environment.  The energy rating utilised analytical, numerical modelling and measurement and was managed by SLR (formerly Heggies) from concept design stage to building construction and fitout.
