Project Objectives:
To evaluate the proposed development of the Boteti Diamond Mine for the financiers.
Our Role:
SLR carried out an independent review for the financiers. The project included an assessment of the adherence to the Equator Principles, review of the mine waste facility design, review of the social and environmental impact assessment and the management plan.
This included a review of water management, mine and other waste mangement as well as an assessment of the financial model and mine closure plans
