Personal Profile: Andrew has more than 20 years experience as an environmental consultant. Particular areas of expertise include integrated waste management, waste management planning and strategy development, waste minimization and recycling, waste handling and treatment technology, and waste facility development and design. He also has experience as a Consultant to the World Bank, the European Commission, The "Know-How" Fund and as an expert witness at numerous public inquiries. In recent years Andrew has personally been involved in the development of waste strategies for local and regional authorities throughout the UK, and has also advised a number of Government departments and agencies (including DEFRA, ODPM and WRAP).
