A major new office campus, this project entailed careful site planning to retain existing trees and to convey a mature and sheltered setting for staff to enjoy during breaks. Added value is achieved with gentle mounding retaining excavated material on site to reduce landfill. Modeling the project in 3D resolved alternative massing options and enables smooth progress through public consultation and planning.
